How to Play Uno Card Game?
It is pretty simple to play Uno Card Game. The goal of the game is to be the first player to score 500 points, by getting rid of all the cards in your hand before your opponents.
Each player picks a card and the person who draws the highest number deals (Action Cards count as zero at this stage). Firstly, you must shuffle the card. Once you finished, then you distribute it to each player with 7 cards. The rest of the card is placed face down to form a draw pile. And the top of the card at the draw pile is turned over to start a discard pile.
Afterward, the player to the left of the dealer starts play and has to match the card on the discard pile, either by number or color. For example, if the card is a red 7, the player must put down a red card or any 7 card regardless of its color. Or, the player can put down a Wild Card.
Great Fun
By Penny Johnson Lancs, UK
This is for kids of all ages. I’ve played it with a group of friends at a youth hostel, and it was great fun.
Warning – do not play in areas where noise will bother others – the yells of ‘Uno’, or people pointing out the transgressions (and therefore penalty card pick-ups) of others cannot be done quietly. Buy it!

In case the player does not have a card to match the one on the discard pile, the player must take a card from the draw pile. If this can be played, the player is free to put it down in the same turn. Otherwise, play moves on to the next person.
Players have a choice not to play a playable card from their hand. If this happen, the player must draw a card from the draw pile. If playable, that card can be put down in the same turn, but the player can not use a card from the hand after the draw.
All players race to get rid of their cards and the real fun start when special Action Cards are used to frustrate opponents and gain an advantage. But you must remember, the moment a player has just one card left in the hand they must yell ‘UNO’. If they are caught by another player, the player must draw two new cards.
Kid’s Love It
By Henjoy22 (UK)
After playing this game on holiday the kids begged me to get it, and I’m glad I did. The kids love it – it keeps them quiet for ages (so well worth the money!!!).
And it gets them off the computer/DS so thats got to be a good thing!
(It states it is for the age of 7+ but my 6 year olds play it quite easily).

Playing Card Game Uno Special Cards
Draw 2 cards – When a player have this card, it means the player after you have to draw 2 cards and lose the turn, unless the player have another ‘draw two card’ in their hand, in which case they can put that on top and make the next player draw 4, and so on. Remember, you can always put a ‘draw 2 card’ on top of another.
Skip – When this happen, it allows you to skip the next person’s turn. This strategy is effective when you are only playing with 2 players because it comes back to you.
Reverse – This strategy will be effective when you play more than 2 players. This ‘reverse’ card allows you to reverse the order in which you are playing. For example, when you are playing clockwise and put down a ‘reverse’ card then you are now playing counterclockwise.
Wild – This card can be put down at anytime, except when you have to draw 2, draw 4, draw 6, and so on. The advantage of having a ‘wild card’ is when you put it down you can change the color to whatever it is you want. For instance, you have a lot of red cards in your hand you can change it to red and everyone has to play red cards.
Wild Draw Four – When you have a ‘wild draw four’ it lets you change the color to whatever it is you want. And in addition to that, you can force the next person to draw 4. You can put a ‘wild draw 4’ card on top of another one and change the color again while forcing another player to draw 8.
